Following the console's launch in Australia and Europe, Xbox One services, including the official Xbox website, have experienced intermittent connection issues. Microsoft has acknowledged the problems, and while are now restored the company assures users that it is investigating the cause of the problem. "Microsoft can confirm that all online services have been restored. We are investigating the root cause of the disruption and will continue to keep updated as information becomes available," a Microsoft representative told Games Industry.
