Support messages/notifications not working

as above,since i logged in this morning,i cant access messages or notifications

it just constantly does the loading iin the pic,and messages just gives me a timeout error.

 

This is temporary , it happens once maybe twice a week and lasts for around an hour. We are aware of the issue and trying to find a work around.

Yea im aware thanks, also they are working again now.

 

Just happen to me now but its start to fix again
