Hello, I've been wanting to learn how to make my own RTE tool. I want to start off with making a recovery tool for Call of Duty MW3, Black Ops 2, and Cod Ghost so I can host recoveries and update the tool right away when a new TU comes out. I know the basics of VB and C# and I have a RGH with a Dev-Kit NAND flashed to it. What else would I need to know to make a kick ass RTE tool? I was aslo wondering if anyone would want to maybe work on it with me and then after work on some fun public cheater RTE tools.
Finding offsets doesn't look too difficult. I've seen tutorials using HXD on YouTube. I'll look into Code Caving. You need to know Power PC Assembly? That is extremely difficult to learn!

Thanks! I appreciate the tut. I made a MW2 tool. How would I find offsets for Cod Ghost? I have IDA pro but I do t know how to use it lol. I've looked around for tuts on it and can't seem to find any for SV offsets.

the offsets are everywhere on the net. well most of em im trying to figure out how to make my own as well. made some basic bo2 tool and a ghost tool but aint much in them tried ida for hours but cant figure it out either. Main issues for me is the bytes to write to the offsets. maybe we can learn together
Code caving simply put is modifying the game code, PPC is the assembly language of the Xbox. OP, first you need to be able to find offsets and other things, see below. http://www.xpgamesaves.com/topic/81848-team-akatsuki-ultimate-guide-to-making-trainers/
Thank you so much. That was exactly what I was looking for. I'm guessing if you want to find offsets having to do with MP on call of duty you need to be online?
