They are broken up so Worm and Moth Hunter aren't out of order. Its pretty self explanatory, load the saves IN ORDER. They Unlock in Legit order, the level u beat is the level you get. No need to pick up the medallion things, or kill the Moth or Worm. Just beat each level on easy with cheats on.
