Hey everyone so I am trying to setup system link for my rgh so i can host system link lobbies. Heres what I've done: - I connected both my retail and my rgh to the same router - I have enabled LiNK and the UPNP for port mapping as well as the RSS feed (not sure if that is needed) - I have enabled pingpatch and have tried with devlink on and off - I have made a JQE360 account and got that all setup - My FSD is on the latest update - I have tried port forwarding and everything after doing all this my rgh is still not connecting to system link nor is the option on the guide menu unlocked. When I go to verify the tests I get the UPNP Enabled Routed not found and also both of the ports fail I am using a Linksys WRT310Nv2 router and my Data Port is 3072 and my Broadcast Port is 3071. I have also set my port range to 3070-3079. Can someone please help???
Your dashlaunch settings are probably not letting you systemlink, just make sure this is in the launch.ini: Code: devprof = false
Also if you are not using DashLaunch And using XeX menu, if you have FSD take it off from making it the default boot or Just boot onto your normal Dash. and just boot up to the Xex menu and it should work im almost 99.9% sure
Have you port forwarded on your router for your jtag? Those port numbers that are being used for link, usually have to be port-forwarded for your router. Make sure you use the correct ip for your jtag when setting up, Ie. xxx.xxx.xx.7 or something like that. I'd recomend getting FSD since its really good with link and I displays your jtag's ip right on the dash.(good I you jtags ip changes from time to time like mine which has the last digit flux from 5-12.

Ok I know this topic is old. But,,,,,,, this is the first thing i saw looking it up. I was having problems and figured it out.. I have a demon and cr rev.c.. TX.. I went to retail nand and tried setting my network ip configuration the last 3 digits . e.g. 192.168.2.156 when auto said e.g.192.168.2.151 just let it auto config to 192.168.2.151 set whatever it says auto and set it as manual. port forward and gravy time!!!! port forwarding is for different routers and different computer setups so google is your friend that........and I'm out
Demons are very different from jtags and RGH's, as soon as you said "went back to retail nand" your ,method became halfway irrelevant.
Am using my phone hotspot connected to my pc then i shared my wifi to my ethernet connection I need help in forwarding my port because am kinda lost SOMEONE PLS HELP ME
phone hotspots are not supported on LiNK. lol. get a real isp. i repeat you can not port forward on phone hotspots. i hope that helps out
