Pretty self explantery. I have 2 achievements to go, finish the game on suicide difficulty and fubar difficulty. I tried to use one from here but it just said it was completed on the easiest difficulty...
yes mate as long as you already completed the game then you can use the Fubar Save that's floating around and that will give you your last two difficultly achievements
as far as i no u have to load each level on fubar difficulty and finish each bit of the last part of the level there is a save on here for it but i didn't bother as it was to much work involved if i am wrong then please let me no
so what u saying is u just loaded the very last level and it popped ? if so can u link me please pal as not sure if i have that save set

Yeah this is the one i used, mate... I when to the last mission "Epilogue" and started in on Suicide difficulty, finished the level and didn't get the achievo. When i looked it showed all the other 14 levels as only being completed on Casual. I think i am missing something
Back up you orignal save and delete all else and start from scratch You have to load each level save and complete if I can remember correctly.....its been along time
