I need a Mass Effect 3 gamesave with all the Mass Effect 2 DLC completed

Hi so the new Mass Effect 3 DLC has just been announced and my ME 2 imported character has failed to import so I was looking for a save at the end of the game with all the Mass Effect 2 DLC and Characters alive.
