I need a cheap USB Capture Card.

    I have only £25 to spend, I bought an easycap before but it wouldn't do PAL60. All I'm planning to record is GTA IV, but I'd like a cheap card that will record properly. I already have splitters.

    I had to convert to USD to get an idea and for 40 USD I don't think you will find a capture card. Even if you did chances are the quality would be shoddy. You may want to wait and get a good one when more money is available.
