I got a new disc sent to me from 2K for the Borderlands 2 Add-on Content

Shortly after reporting to 2K about my non working on disc DLC, they decided to give me a code for Torque's Campaign of Carnage(which I used), and then they decide to send me a brand new disc and expect me to send them back the old one that I had which I never had.

So far, I've messaged 2K telling them that I returned the bad disc to gamestop the next day after I purchased it. Hopefully they will understand that I can't send the disc back because I don't have it in my possession. This is because why would I keep a disc that doesn't work on purchase?

So, if you guys have any suggestions on what I should do let me know in the comments below.
