I get an error sound when trying to open

    When I try to open 360revolution (I extracted it with 7zip) I get an error sound but nothing pops up. I get the right icon and everything for it, but nothing comes up but an error sound when trying to open?

    That's weird. Have you tried running it as Administrator.
