I can't connect to xboxlive

    I Disconnected from xboxlive like 15mins ago and when i test my connection:
    Network: Connected
    Internet: Connected
    Xbox Live: Failed

    What does this mean. have i been banned for doing nothing. Please help :'(

    Thanks I asked microsoft and they told me to clear my cache. It worked :p thank you for the help though peeps :D
