Well, you could have someone on staff, download your account(or their's), verify the content, and then let you(or them) download it, and that way there'd be no issues..
Simple. You are person "X", the middle man is person "Y" and the other person that you are giving it to is person "Z". X gives the account information to Y, Z gives the payment to Y, Y gives the information to Z, Z transfers and downloads content, X recovers the account back and the payment.

Hrmm I don't understand. If he is letting you use his account to license transfer without anything in return why would you need a middle man? Or are you both doing a license transfer? If you're both doing it than yeah the way you posted in the post above mine will work. Give your details to a trusted member and then the other person gives his details, the trusted member checks to see if the accounts both have a transfer and the dlc then you both give each others account. license transfer then download. Done.
he dosnt want to risk loseing his account so he wantsa a trusted person to do it all so he knows 4 sure that his pass wont get changed
Ok, Just do exactly what I said in my post above. If you're talking about the trusted member moved his license to your account it's not possible. You WILL need to have each others account on YOUR console to be able to download each others dlc.

I'm not a official Trusted member on the site, I'd be more comfortable if someone with the Trusted badge helped you with what you need. These are the main things you need to know about license transferring, 1.) You DO have a possibility of getting banned doing this since it is against the ToS. *I think that's where it says it * 2.) The only possible way to get his dlc on your console and vice versa is if you have his account on your system and you license transfer. There is no middle man. 3.) You can License transfer with 3 people MAX and ONLY when your are going to purchase something from the marketplace, doesn't work with a regular license transfer. *I'll tell you how anyway just incase you would like to do it with friends you know someday. (When you're going to purchase something from the marketplace and 2 of your friends want it aswell then you can send your information to one person, he then buys it WITHOUT license transfering, finishes the download, then you give your account to your second friend, he license transfers and downloads it. Then you recover your account and download it then play. Keep in mind only your account will be able to play it on your console.) Source- I've done it about 5 times with friends and my girlfriend. KEEP IN MIND this can get you banned so use carefully.
