how to use a trainer or input into your game ?

    hi i am wondering how you use a trainer and put it into your game. The one i am trying to use is the ultimate kers on f1 2013 but i am not sure how to do this as much help possible would be great guys as i am new to all this :)

    plz note in order to use these modded files u need to have an modded Xbox, like JTAG, RGH, x-key. For more info have a look in the JTAG area.
