i have been looking every place and it all show the same thing, i do everything great but when i finish with XeBuild it shows me ERROR again and again what can i Do?
Seems straight up you dont have the correct key for the nand image you are trying to update, have you tried opening the file in J-Runner? if you input the correct key it will show all the details in there.

Yeah i saw that and will be the reason the cpu key didnt work, i tried to update my post with lots of information and it didnt save lol Try dumping your nand from the xbox again, with the correct nand dump it should work fine as long as all files are in the correct folders.
first question: with what nand shuld i do that? Second question: From were do i need to open the nand? USB1(the usb i have my freestyle and games on) or USB2(just some FAT32 usb)?????
Use flash 360 to dump the nand. 1 : First of all plug usb drive with computer and format as Fat32. then copy "flash 360" folder in root of usb drive 2 : plug usb drive with xbox360 and turn it on. 3 : launch xexmenu or fsd and go to usb drive and then "flash 360" folder (you just copied to usb drive) and run Flash360.xex file. 4 : You,ll see three options : Button A : write updflash.bin to nand Button B : write update areas of rebooters Button X : backup current nand to file now becareful press X button from your 360 controller to backup nand and then it will ask for save entire nand then press A button to continue. that will save your nand backup named "flashdmp.bin" file in the root of "flash 360" folder. it shows me it dosent give me the option to click X or A or B it just shows something and then right falure and it only shows me "click something to get out"
