how to sign into xbox.com while banned/suspended

Go to xbox.com

on the top it should say support click that
it will bring you to a page
hit sign in
put your info in
then it will bring you back
then once signed in click my account
it will bring you to xbox.com homepage signed in
congratulations

The only thing you cant do is send messages
