If you are receiving this error: " we have lost signal to your tv signal " on your Xbox One, here's a guide to fixing it from my own personal trial and errors. How to fix Xbox One: we have lost signal to your tv signal error Step 1 : Make sure you have the Skybox setup as in diagram below: Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT port on your console. Connect the other end of the cable to the HDMI input on your TV. Step 2: Make sure you have the HDMI cable pushed fully in on both the console and the skybox. Make sure the x2 white sky dish ariel cables are intact and connected properly. Step 3: Once you are happy you are hooked up correctly , and still receiving the " we have lost signal to your tv signal" error proceed to step 4 Step 4: On your Xbox One you will need to reset to default factory settings. 4a. To reset to factory settings : Warning Restoring your console to the factory default settings erases all accounts, apps, games, saved games, and settings. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. Your console syncs with Xbox Live automatically when it is connected with the service. If you are ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps: Press the Xbox button on your controller and select Settings. Or, say “Xbox, go to Settings.” Select System. Select Restore factory defaults. Read the warning message and select Yes. Your Xbox One console will now begin the process of erasing all content and resetting itself to the default settings. Now go to Step 6: Step 6: While your Xbox One is resetting to default settings , goto your skybox. Turn off the skybox using the power button. Remove your sky viewing card from the skybox. Now unplug the Skybox. Step 7: Make sure your Xbox One is ready to do the TV setup. Step 8: Plug in the Skybox and power up without the sky viewing card. Once the Skybox is fully powered up, replace the skycard. Step 9: Run the setup on the Xbox One and you should be now viewing TV on your Xbox One.
