Take the drive apart and clean it and see if that solves the issue if not change the drive belt or change the drive completely. Hope this helps
Most simple way is to keep a disc in at all times, to open it when it's stuck eject and push it rather than pull it,
put your xbox lying down when you try open your disc tray or while its trying to open tap on top of the case where the disc drive is it should open if u do it in the right place you hit it too hard you cause some damage so be careful
