How do you make money hosting online?

    I will be getting my Jtag online again soon and I'm thinking about charging $10 for Unlock all, Level up and infections on mw3, and blackops 2 and trying to make total 100-200 for 1 day!

    So to the big/little moneymakers that host how do you do it?
