how do i update tu on mw2

hello can anyone give me a little tut on how to update mw2 on rgh to current tu? need help i do but when i jump on it says i need to download update? can anyone give me a tut on updateing mw2 on rgh

do i insert tu in the mw2 folder? really want to jump on mw2 bad

 

Put the file in the cache folder.

 

one other thing what is cod4 tu on? can anyone link mw that aswell

 

okay so i insert in cache and went into fsd and uploaded like normal and now i have kv now its still asking for update why??
