Unresolved how di i log into 360 revolution?

i have an account with xpgamesaves, downloaded the 360revolution, and attempted to log in using my login info to utilize the program. is there a seperate regristation to use it?

 

Make sure your password doesn't have special characters & try to run it as administrator?

 

Once you open 360rev a popup window should open like this.



Once you have logged in you should see the user interface.

Make sure you have updated frameware from microsoft, you need 3.5 4.0 and 4.5.

I'm having same issue been using 360 rev flawlessly for weeks and gone to open it this morning and it's not working, same as above just sticks at logon screen =, i have tried running as admin also changing my password doesn't help, i uninstalled .NET 4.51 then installed 4.0 still same issue, can someone please help?
