yo so i was hexediting oblivion am kinda new to this stuff and i need some tuturials hex codes or whatever you can give me to mod weapons and magic spells and stuff like that help soon would be nice thanks
What you need to do is open your gamesave in a hex editor. Then search for any of your in-game stats/values (anything that's a number on the screen). Once found, replace the values and then save the file. Then rehash and resign the file after editing it. All games are different so editing them will also be different (different offsets in the files, different values, different structures, etc.).
