Unresolved HELP!!! .Net Problem!!

alright....well....it seems no matter what I do, 360 revolution is giving me one consistant error....and it happens everytime i'm trying to reinsert, resign and rehash which sucks because I'm pretty sure this error is what's stopping me from modding my game and if it's not then I don't know what the problem is!!!....I have a screenshot of it, but in the screenshot the actual error text is cut off, so for those who need it, here's what it says..

Have you restarted your Desktop/Laptop after installing Network 4.5

 

Yes, after upgrading from .NET Framework 4.0 to 4.5 I did a restart.

I seem to be having .NET problems all over the place.

I think the best thing to do is completely remove it, and reinstall it all fresh

But my questions now I guess arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrre
Should I go right from 1.1 to 4.5?
Installing them in order?
Does 360Revolution require anything prior to 3.5 and would I be wasting my time working from 1.1 upwards?
And if need be, what are the prerequisites for 360Revolution? ....<---Maybe I'm lacking something else I need?

Also it appears if the picture that you have an outdated version of 360Revolution, please make sure you have the most recent version.
