Help I was playing W@W on xbl now cant get to zombies plz read

i was in a lobbie and was going to leave but did not want to be rude it looked like motion flex 2.1 but wasnt I got kicked now im deranked no big deal but I can not select zombies now on xbl it works offline.
i cleared the cashe rebooted several times. multiplayer is not accessiable either.
in barracks it shows -21477403617 xp which may cause this.

I tried using horizon to put my profile from 3 months ago in and no change.
is there anyway to fix this?

All set thanks Im back where I was, That was a new one on me. I just sent an invite from my other console and when it joined it said downloading setttings. then I fixed the stats just to make sure I had a positive xp count.
