Help, borderlands 2 game saving issue

hey guys, im using this game save to get a lvl1 mechromancer with max gold/eridium/ and stats

it has max gold and eridium however i do not see the extra stats anywhere, ive gotten it to level 6 and still no dice? any clue why? im new to this so im kinda noobish :/
