having issues signing into App Store! on macbook! help

hello i just got my macbook and i updated it and i made an apple id! i need to get into my purchased! i enter my info in and i get this!

This apple id has not been used with the app store.​

please review your account information.​

then im brought back to the review payment option!

 

you sure you entered your apple ID correctly?

also check your emails to see if you have to confirm anything

 

another thing! is Mac OS X is that snow leopard?

How to access your purchase history on iTunes for Mac or Windows

1. Launch iTunes on your Mac or PC.
