Hiya, ChompCentral here again Today I'm going to be showing you how to identify which dvd drive your xbox 360 has. This will be done without opening up the xbox 360 and destroying the warranty sticker. Ok lets start off with the Phat Xbox: All you need to do is remove the face panel from the front of the xbox. You can easily do this by placing you finger underneath the front of the xbox then pulling the face plate off. Now you will see this : Where the arrow is pointing this is where you'll need to be looking. Now , you should see a wire inside which will be either yellow , white , black&red or no wire. Simply match your colour wire to this picture to see which drive you have Slim Xbox: Ok now this is slightly different however it is much easier Simply press the eject button and match your disc tray up to this picture Done.
