Blizzard now offers game time subscriptions that can now be purchased with a system called in-game gold. World of Warcraft is turning into a game that literally pays for itself, of course that is if a player is committed to the game enough. A recent report shows, that too much of the game can be considered a bad thing. A 24-year-old gamer, named Wu Tai, was in a 19 hour session with his fellow gamers. Towards the end of the session, Tai turned away from the screen, fell from his chair, and coughed up blood. Soon after, the gamer had a heart attack and died. Of course, the 24-year-old was not killed just by playing World of Warcraft. The gamer must of had a medical problem before this 19 hour session occurred. There will be an autopsy to find out whether the gamer was killed by the game, or if he had another medical problem that may have caused his death.
This could have happened if he was eating spaghetti... or bird watching for that matter -- rare occurrence, unrelated to the game... unless the latest WoW patch is like the Matrix.... OOOooouuuOOooooo!!!
It was not because of the game, unless he couldn't handle bright colors and such, he obviously has another medical problem considering he coughed up blood.
