First of all You are going to want to go your system settings
Change your locale to canada
Make a new xbl account and when it asks you go gold click choose later etc.. so its silver
Then go to TV and movies and you should see an add click on that and get your points.
Enter the email and you will be emailed your Code.
You will get 100 msp code but if you change your gamertag after you will get another 100 msp and then you can make another account.
