hi guys is they any other way of getting splinter cell exploit files on xbox without mem card has i dont have a action replay kit can it be burnt to disc or ftp ?
It can be burnt to disc, FTP'd or if you feel you have the skills you can convert one of your controller ports to USB pretty easily.
