I know a few people on the forum have posted in the career mod tool thread about a possible mod tool for the Manager Mode transfer budget. I thought I'd start a thread to see if anyone's made any progress on this. In past years I've used MATTWIDZ tool for maxing the budget and seem to recall a quick release last year due to the similarities between 12/13. I know there's plenty of people here who keep their ear very close to the ground when it comes to releases, if anyone comes across anything, please let us know! I really enjoy going mad on the transfer market. Thanks in advance lads.
