Fastest/easiest way to get etheric light?

I need some etheric light to ascend some stuff but it's an absolute pain to acquire it. Anybody know an easy or fast way of getting this precious items?

 

Just do Prison Of Elders = EZ Etheric Light.

 

It's hard to find decent 34s to do it with + it's only weekly.
What I've been doing is PoE and Nightfall weekly. However it's disappointing that I only get 2 a week. Trials grants 3 each time you get 9 wins but its hard. :O

 

9 wins is easy mate Just find the right people to play with, is it cause you're a noob? :troll:

 

there is no ezy way you can do bounty for iron banner you need to be rank three and you can by it.
