Europeans can now stop wondering if they're getting the brand new Xbox 360 Media Remote.Microsoft has confirmed that they will be shipping out their latest Xbox 360 accessory to the region. The Media Remote allows users to control not only the Dashboard, but also the DVD and CD playback, as well as the media playback through the Xbox Live. Confirmed Media playback controls are: play/pause, skip forward, fast forward, skip back, fast back, display to control DVD, CD, streamed media. Apart from that, it also includes functions for the basic TV controls. Probably the best part about this is that it will come at a pretty cheap UK£ 14.99 (ERP), and will be available in stores beginning some time early November this year. More than additional accessories, however, what Microsoft should probably look at is a new price drop, seeing as how bullish Sony is being with the PS3's.
