Yes i am new to this site and like many of you i came here in search of a modding tool or something to make my game more fun. I like sites like this that help gamer's in anyway they can. With that said i did come across a forum for eclipse modding tool for the 360/ps3 and i found out that program doesn't work and ellipse does which is the real name of the program.
