    I believe you have to play/beat the first level on the hardest level. It's not hard though, you have all the weapons unlocked and there is one that is like a nuke with infinite ammo. Very easy to do. I am not sure of the order however.

    Just need to remember for legit order, unlock ALL guns should be the last achievement you unlock.
