Bioware has launched a Dragon Age: Inquisition contest which will see one fan get to voice a character in the game.

Would-be winners can enter by downloading one of two scripts from Bioware's blog and recording themselves reading the lines.

The first script puts entrants in the role of 'Villager', a distraught townsperson unconvinced the Inquisitor can help their doomed village, while the second script stars the 'Seneschal', an officer the Inquisitor is questioning in order to get more information about an abduction.

After recording the lines, entrants must email the sound file to takeyourplace@BioWare.com to be automatically entered in the competition.

The winner will then be flown to one of Bioware's recording studios (either in Canada, LA or London), provided with up to two nights accommodation, and set up in a professional recording booth to add their voice to the game.

"Don't worry about accents, makeup, or props," reads a post on the Bioware site. "All we want is for you to perform your preferred script in your lovely, natural speaking voice.

"If you want to go big, by all means, be our guest. However, be aware that your entry will be judged on the quality of the voice performance and how well it matches the style of Dragon Age."
