Does this type of Tweet system exist for YouTube? Please help

    I'm trying to find an auto tweet system that will automatically send you a tweet when someone subscribes to your channel.

    What I'm trying to do is have it so when someone subs it will show up on my stream as a new subs screen cap. Any ideas?
