does anyone know how to fix invalid session

    i got minecraft and i went to play onit and ask me for my username and pass and then when i add a server to join it says connecting then invalid session try restarting the game i tryed restarting but nothing any one know how to fix it or is getting the error as well

    First do you have a account for minecraft that is premium?
    Second if you do and you loged in and still does the "invalid session' try uninstalling minecraft and re-download it.
    Third if non of those worked idk what to say :/ hope this helped bro
