Hey everyone, with the rise of DNS modding, I've decided to make this little thread for everyone looking to host their own lobbies. These may or may not work depending on your location. If you have a server submission, please contact the admin of the server and if they grant your permission, I'll post the server in the thread with your name attached to it. Select [Yes] when a confirmation screen is displayed stating that you will be disconnected from the Internet. 4. Select [Custom]. Leave all settings as is until you reach [DNS Settings]. 5. Select [Manual] and fill DNS fields with the DNS servers above6. Restart your Xbox. (All servers listed are from outside sources)
192.241.219.128 - doesn't connect 173.236.164.205 - doesn't connect 173.236.165.116 - doesn't connect 38.99.170.101 - connects but no mods 69.197.39.12 - connects but rockstar server doesn't connect 72.8.176.22 - connects but rockstar server doesn't connect
The only two listed are working. They are hosted on that custom cloud server some guy made. They each have a max pool size of 2000 people on the server so if you can't connect at first, try again, or try the other one.
The one posted is literally the only one I could find that's public and working. It's from TTG so if that offends you, I apologize.
I found a working one at last earlier, and I went from level 85 legit to 226 unlegit in about 5 minutes hai: And got put straight into the cheater pool. And got out. :LOL: I'll try to find another one that works and post it here. Also, if you are in one and it says saving failed non-stop it means that the DNS you're using has been patched, so leave immediately and change DNS. If I find one and post it, don't be roaming around murdering everyone in a public session. It will get you reported and it'll be patched. Thanks, -TT
And I'm here again with a DNS server that as far as I know works, as of 3:16AM Christmas day, (GMT Time zone) It has the 2billion bounty, snow and godmode, along with the RP multiplier rly: ,like your usual DNS server would. Remember, don't go on a godmode rampage, as it will be patched. Rockstar's cheater pool is filled with people that got given cash and haven't even done anything. >.< Anyway, hope I helped! -TT
