Ok so here is what I have been thinking about for a while now, would we diablo 3 players both ps & xbox be willing to start a money fund to go to blizzard and say what figure do we need to come up with for you to release patches for our consoles? To continue updates for our consoles with the same patches that pc enjoys? Then tell them no, Seriously! name a crazy number the number that if someone dangled it in-front of you would make you say ok screw it lets get cracking on patch releases? Call the patches a dlc a map pack a late season pass what have you but how much would we have to offer to make it happen? Would anyone else consider this or does the idea sound just insane and I should go back to my corner of the internet? Lets hear some input from the community.
I suspect that Blizzard would not even respond. If they wanted to make money on it they could just sell it as a download ... which people would reluctantly purchase. People would gripe and moan, and rightfully so, but they would still buy it. Good thought though!
