    It's simple to do find a save you want online say my modded ones download it, open it with a save editor tool, go to the contents of the save extract the dat file, grab the decrypt tool from another site, dectypt it rencrypt it and then just inject it to the save you want.

    Yes it dose as your importing someone else data into your game only a good idea if they have a load of legendary gear in the stash ;)
