During a livestream for Destiny: The Taken King, Bungie has announced that you can play the new anticipated endgame raid, titled King’s Fall, on September 18 at 10:00 AM PT. Smith also took the time to thank players for participating in the first year of Destiny. The release date was also shared on Twitter. King's Fall will pit players against Oryx, the father of Crota, a prior end raid boss introduced in The Dark Below expansion. Oryx is the leader of a new enemy class called the Taken. We learned that King’s Fall would not be on available on day one from Smith last weekend at PAX, who said that the developer was not ready to reveal the date just yet. Source
