Bungie have just released a small update on Destiny, and we mean small! The patch weighted in at just 1.13mb on Xbox One and 1.07mb on PS4, but like the old saying goes, all good things come in small packages.

The new update 1.0.1.4 has reduced the difficulty of three Story Missions, two on the Moon and one on Mars, are all now slightly easier, which is great news for some of the PS4 fans who aren't as good as Xbox gamers at Destiny!

The Vault of Glass has also received a little attention to avoid unfair wipes. Bungie is also planning a future patch to remedy one of the known bugs.

    Here is the full changelog:
    • Missions
    • – Shrine of Oryx: Reduced difficulty by removing majors from Heroic tiers
      – Sword of Crota: Reduced difficulty by removing majors from Heroic tiers
      – Exclusion Zone: Reduced difficulty by removing majors from Heroic tiers
    • Raids
    • – Dropping the relic at the end of the raid will no longer result in a team wipe. This will prevent players being stuck at a black screen after the raid.
      – You will remain dead if you were dead when the mission ended. That will be addressed by a future patch.

No they didn't, still works for me.

What they need to fix is the server instablity and the damn random drops and cryptark decoding. If you get a purple orb drop, it should decode into a purple item, not a green one.

Also there should be player trading/market. If you're a Warlock and you get Hunter armor, you should be able to trade it to your buddies instead of just dismantling it.

I disagree about the purple drop stuff, it means you get a chance of getting a purple item or below, if you got a green drop it would mean green or below.

If they change to purple means purple then the drop rates would get significantly lowered.
