Its no secret that Destiny sold more copies of the game on the PS4 than the Xbox One, it should come as no surprise really given that the PS4 has outsold the Xbox One, also that Microsoft were not allowed to advertise Destiny on the Xbox One prior to launch. Despite all of that the best players in the world are playing on the Xbox. According to Destiny Tracker the best crucible players in the world are playing on the Xbox One. Looking at the top 10 leaderboards for both Xbox and Playstation you can see that 6 of the top ten are playing on an Xbox , the top 4 positions are filled by Xbox players. The stats are also really interesting, with Xbox players having a win / loss ratio of 86.69, compared to the top 10 PlayStation players, who have an average win ratio of 50.91%. Although these stats do not really prove anything, it does show that years of playing games from the Halo franchise on Microsoft consoles has paid off! Destiny certainly feels very Halo like, and it could be that loyal Xbox fans feel right at home whilst playing the game.
I hate the Crucible in Destiny. Everybody runs around with shot guns and you can't have a half-second to react. Plus, I hate reward system they have at the end. You can go the entire game, have the most kills/assists and no deaths, yet get no rewards while everybody else will because it's completely random.
