I'm working on a assignment for school and I have to submit this project as a installation file but I get these errors when I attempt to publish. I have browsed around and I can't find anybody wit the same problem as me. I see people working on servers and other versions of the program but no one with the problem on Visual C# Express. It happens with any project I try to publish so I don't think it's error in my code or anything. Thanks for the help and for reading.
If someone else has this problem I solved it. I installed Visual studio Ultimate and than it worked for the express edition. Must have been a missing file that express relies on that I didn't have but got when Visual Studio Ultimate was installed.
