Some of you may remember Coolshrimp from the Jtag tool. Well coolshrimp is at it again, this time developing a downgrade tool for PS3 owners. This is a PC application that with the use of a hardware flasher allow you to downgrade your PS3. It supports NOR and NAND chipsets with read write capabilities...
