    well it runs on my PC "Windows 8.1" and it was built using ".Net Framework 3.5" so try opening as Windows 7.

    Just earlier I saw someone on another site trying to sell a stat editor for $20 and chaos rgh said to him he should only make it $10-15 since it had a nice UI and i'm sitting here like :dash2: since entry stats were released for tu6 and haven't changed for tu7

    You should add more features to this tool, I think that would be a good idea. You could add some hidden camos (can only be given through recoveries).
