Can't system link with another Xbox

Hi

So recently on my Jtag Xbox 360, i've been trying to use the system link function to play games with my brother, we both have Jtags and we are both on the same version for everything, but we can't connect to each other, he can connect to other people online and play games, i can connect to the public rooms but it won't find any hosts on the actual game ( for example World at war). I've checked my network settings and everything is as it should be, i've tried online tutorials but found nothing that has helped me in the slightest, anyone got any idea?

 

How are both consoles connected to your router?

 

I think i've figured out the problem but can't find a solution, My LiNK does not connect to the data and broadcast thing properly, everything else is exactly the same, any ideas on how to fix it?

 

I don't actually use LiNK myself or have never used it, so it would not be my area, hopefully users on here have had this kind of errors and can assist you on the matter. But your brothers console isn't have any problems? It's just yours? If so how are you connected to your net via your xbox?

Go into your router and enable UPNP.

Or do 'Port Triggering' in the router, the effectively allows you to set the ports for the one Xbox and Port Forward the Ports for the other one.

 

Before i try this, which i'll do in a second, why does it still work perfectly for my brother's Xbox Jtag but not mine? It's really weird.

 

uPNP Is already enabled, i tried port forwarding but no luck :/

 

Are you trying to infect mods via system link to retail console ?

 

No, i'm trying to play online with other 'Jtag-ers' or system link successfully with my brother, no mods included.

May sound stupid but do a fresh install of 3.13 see if that helps

 

Ok ok ok ok, i have some luck, i can now connect to everything perfectly fine but i can't connect to a game, whenever i try i get a 'fatal crash intercepted' on Black ops 2. How do i stop this, i think after that, everything should work fine.
