cant open save files

When I try I get this error:

Please include the game (name) you have having issues with along with the save in question. Otherwise, the likelihood of us being able to further diagnose and rectify your issue, drops tremendously.

 

I've tried it with fallout new vegas and ufc undisputed 2010

 

I'm getting something similar. When I try to go to "save sharer," I get the message,

""Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the app will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the app will close immediately."

& then the bottom half of the message you already posted :l

 

What are you attempting to do exactly?
As I mentioned, please include the saves in question so that we may take a look.

That is an entirely different error and we must ask you to create your own thread so that we can keep track of it (for future reference, as you've already done so).
