Unresolved Can't login

Hi,
Apologies for sounding like a noob but I have downloaded 360 revolution, updated to the latest version, created a username and password which I have authorised via an email however when I launch the program everything is greyed out. I enter my username and press login and nothing happens. I am not prompted for a password.

I'm running windows 8 with .net version of 4.0. i have kapersky running which I have disabled and it still does nothing

 

The username and password are both required and should both be requested.

Please ensure that your password doesnt contain any special characters.

 

where am i prompted for my password in the program?? the login button appears to do nothing. I have no problems logging into the website and my password has no special characters

 

Please delete the version of 360revolution you have and re-download

 

Have downloaded and restarted my PC several times and I am still having the same problem. It may be related to a firewall problem however I can find nothing in the forums to advise which port to open. Please advise

 

The same thing is happening 2 me can someone help please?

 

this has happen to me, worked when i clicked on the side with all save editors then clicked type my username and pw in, then i clicked enter worked.

Delete the version you have right now, redownload from the official page.

Allow it to update and then use.

Please ensure your password doesnt contain any special characters.
