I bought $50 with pre paid codes and it said my balance was $50.(something-I-already-had) But whenever I try to buy something from the console it says I don't have $50 and I only had what I had originally. Anyone knows what's up now? I was told my xbox support to wait 24h and It's been way more now ?
With Xbox support things always take more time then the allotted amount of time they give you. When trying to purchase try deleting and recovering your profile on your console. That's what worked for me last time I had that issue.
The thing is, my friend downloaded my account on his console to buy what we both want so we both have it on your consoles, better than license transferring ( which is not an option for me at the moment ) . Should I tell him to re download the profile ?
I downloaded the profile again, cleared cache, did everything and I still don't have the option to buy anything .. Any ideas ?
When I try to buy something is says I have $.96 ( what I originally had ) and when I go to commerce.microsoft.com it says I have $50.96 Now THAT is something I couldn't find a solution for By the way could you quote me when you reply? alright lol and if anything just try purchasing from Xbox.com it'll go to the console that's on currently then you just redownload
Even on the website it won't let me buy it, I tried everything in mind, the only way to see that I actually have money is through commerce.microsoft.com
then I suppose their live servers are lagged or just slow. So really the only thing you can do is wait
